Crosscanon pairing meme discussion

Just a few questions of my own:
-Should it be focused on crossover or crosscanon shipping only, or should canon ships be allowed?
-If we allow for platonic/friendship options, should that be included on the same meme or should a different one be made for that?
-Should it be a free-for-all or should we use PMs like the anon describes here?
-Lastly, should it be plotting only or should prompts/a setup be included so people can get to it right there?
